We were on the way to St Louis with a bus load of kids from Texas when we had a blowout on our bus. I call no less than 7 or 8 companies who advertised for “24 hr roadside service” but yet not one answered the phone. I called Roadmaster and these guys picked up the phone at 8:45 in the evening! They had to get tires sourced to fit our bus and the tec showed up and that man hustled and got us back on the road. These guys are the real deal and if I ever need service again they are the ones I will call! I appreciate them and the effort they made to get us back on the road safely.

So my old GMC Sonoma left me stranded when the starter gave up. I left the vehicle in a parking lot and the next day, called Roadmaster. They got my vehicle to their shop that day, found an issue i had that i did not know about, and replaced my starter. I am totally impressed with the service they provided. Highly recommend this shop!

There is no better place that I’ve seen in the state of Arkansas to have your diesel engine worked on. I had major issues with my Fleetwood motorhome (freightliner), while in circe, having some windows repaired at Dr. Fogs there in Searcy. It was determined that the generator was not putting out the voltage after two new batteries were put on. That left me stranded on the side of the road. I called the Freightliner dealership in Little Rock and they identified the part number for the replacement alternator. Roadmaster had indicated they would come to where I was at, but strongly suggested I just go ahead and drive it to their location for faster service. They got right on the vehicle, but later determined after quite extensive troubleshooting that the alternator that was the direct replacement and mount was not the correct, (mounting hole depth for proper alignment. Roadmaster make calls, and spoke directly with them in Little Rock and after quite an effort on roadmaster senior, mechanic part, they convinced freight-liner that their cross reference was wrong. The correct alternator was available in Little Rock and Trey (store manager) well after normal, hour now offered to drive to Little Rock and pick it up. Meanwhile, one of the mechanics called Loves Truck Stop located directly across the street, and found the direct original replacement part. There were several hours that passed as they troubleshot attempted to make modifications identify the correct component, etc. trey, the store manager and the front desk clerk went the extra mile. It made sure that I was well taken care of when it came to the price I was charged. Again with this type of customer service. I will drive the two hours from where I live to take my vehicle back to road-masters in Searcy, Arkansas for all of my engine needs. I strongly encourage everyone to use this shop. Great mechanics, great parts guys great front desk personnel and of course led by Trey. The store manager.

Used them when I broke down on my way to Utah, they were super quick and helpful! Will definitely use them again!

We are Amazon deliver service, our cargo roll up door would not open right in the middle of a very tight schedule. We drove over to Roadmaster. They helped us open the door immediately and we were able to quickly get back on our route after showing us a temporary hack, which enabled us to continue our deliveries and schedule permanent repair later. Not only were they a lifesaver, but they didn’t charge us anything. Just asked us to consider them for future repairs, of which we will.
